First log with new 6 bolt

Ok I finally got my 6 bolt in and its running good, or seems to be. Still new to tuning so i need some help getting me started, here is a log of a long drive i took which shows my fuel trims how do i need to adjust this to be as close to 0 as possible? Also if you notice anything out of the ordinary or something that might be a problem could you point it out? Thanks guys. I re-posted it in the correct section spyderturbo, and when i posted it there i said u had to right click save as.
