Hello, first post on the forums. In the process of selling my 1992 3000GT SL and in the process of buying a 1997 Eclipse GS-T. Lower mileage, and turbo. Finally a car that I can play with ;)
Hopefully gonna pick her up this weekend.

Anyways, I'm looking for some suggestions for my next mods. I'm looking to go Evo16g with all the stage1 upgrades. Here's the current modlist from the previous owner:
Tanabe Racing Medallion cat-back
K&N Intake
TurboXS RFL BOV
Dual Stage BC

Where should I go from here? Intake piping? UICP? Downpipe? Replace the tuboxs rfl with a bov that circulates back into intake?

Just basically want to know what the first upgrades I should make are. Thanks!

if you have idling problems, and engine bogging between shifts. Otherwise it would seem like i waste of money to upgrade BOV's if the current one is not hindering performance. Gotta Boost Gauge?!

get an boost gauge FIRST! then i would replace the stock DP and cat for a test pipe/hi-flow cat depending if you to pass emmsions. If your gonna get a Greddy FMIC or Apexi than you can buy an UPIC because they are long-routed kind. If you get a Slowboy Racing, Extreme PSI, or AGP they already have the short route pipe so you dont have to buy a UICP.

1. Boost Gauge & EGT
2. Downpipe
3. Test Pipe/ Hi-Flow Cat
4. Fuel Pump
5. Turbo of you choice
6. Pocketlogger & AFC

The Tanabe exhaust are usually measured in millimeters like the greddy,HKS, and APex'i

I wouldn't vent unless you have the means to (MAFT.) Been there, done that, never again.
