Turbo Going?

Ok I don't have a boost guage yet, but when the stock one gets to about 2/3 of the way up or so, I heart a knocking of some sort that sounds like its coming from the turbo. Its only when i'm at high boost, and kinda like a fan spinning and nicking something, but I don't know. Also i'm getting a very SLIGHT grinding sound in every gear except 5th.

WTF Pull your intake hose and check the turbo shaft for play side to side. If there is any, that could be your sound and you have the possibility of sending peices of compressor wheel into your motor.
