after getting some real good info on the factory catch and pcv system from members such as calan, i have revised my design to still use a single catch can, again i will be running a moderate setup at 20psi, the catch can will now be sealed and go into the intake pre turbo, and the factory pvc system setup will be used as well. i have only 2 concerns
1. what to fill my catch can with to actually baffle the oil so it doesnt blow through the can, i was thinking a scoring pad, or steel wool pad in the center of the can, but im open to suggestions.
2. with a sealed catch can setup, if any air enters the catch can from outside, i.e. a crack or bad fitting or loose cap, this will create a vacuum leak, and also add more unmeasured air into the motor, an i correct.
heres the setup
thanks

Rather than welding -8 AN fittings onto the VC just slip -8 AN hose over the fitting that's already there, then use a clamp to secure it.
What are you doing out there Corey; marking up my stuff and playing middle-man on resales?
I still have to figure out where I'm going to mount it too, I've been debating whether to do a fuse box relocation and put it there or just mount it up on the firewall above the battery somewhere.
