I just install some FIC 1120cc injectors along with a Fuelab 515 reg and set the based pressure to 43.5 with the line off, but when the line is connected it drops to 36-38psi. Everything before swap with tune in good at ISC 30, idle afr 14.7, and ran good. I've input the injectors values per FIC data sheet and set the global, even tried multiple settings but no avail. Still on an evo 9 pump, but I have a walbro 450 pump ready to install. Here's a log take a look please. Thanks

I switched over to SD to see if that helps and at first it did, but same thing AFratioest goes lean, ISC all over the place (tried to set biss with ecmlink), and my sd airflow drips to .22 to .25. My battery volts started at 13.3 then during log goes from 12.9 to 13. Any ideas, thanks. Here's a sd idle log.

Well I switched back to maf and charged up my battery so around 13.8 to 14.1v made no difference. Also tried -60.9 with 330 deadtime and -60.9 0deadtime with Fic valves for injbatteryadj no change either. I can't seem to get afratioest down and can't mafcomp adj because than it changes it to super lean to match. I put in an old isc which brough the afratioest down but isc position fell to 6 and would not adjust up.

Did your car run fine before the new injectors?

My first thought is that you have a vacuum leak. A gauge that reads to -20 would help confirm this.
I suspect leaky injector seals.

Well I took out my injectors and reinstalled them and it seem to help, but the afratioest still goes to 17 to 17.8 in close loop. However, sounds like a hiss by throttle body so I spray soapy water and found nothing. I changed the throttle body elbow gasket and put new vacuum nipples because old ones were rotten and crack. I'll have both throttle body gaskets Tuesday. I also check egr block off plate, it's nice and tight so I don't know where the hissing is coming from. I only have a couple of vacuum line so I'm at a lost.

Check around the TB shaft seals. Spray around the edges of the TPS. Check around the lower injector seal on that side. Try increasing your test pressure to 20-22 psi.

Once I was pretty much done tuning via deadtime, i added the deadtime to the injbatteryadjust (then remember to zero your deadtime value), and here are where my FIC 1120 Hi-z like to be (pretty much would be like having +700 in the deadtime value):

so ~1130 deadtime total, which means you should be somewhere around +500 on the fuel tab deadtime, or 1100-ish @ 14v on the DA table

I went by the offset matching table, which you cut off in the picture. But only YOU can figure out where your car wants to be, whether its 1100 or 1300 while it's running.

You can find out by logging the correct items to find out, like LTFT Lo. You're fuel trims are way off in your SD Idle log and you need to remove deadtime.
you should also capture octane just so we can verify what table the ecu is looking at.

Ok I switched back to maf until figure out what's going on. In the sheet from FIC average offset 1130 us. I did remove deadtime to -130 and got the values to lower to normal afr and combine ft to +/- 3 along with the LTFT Lo. However, my ISC still would not sit right and was jumping all over causing my car to go from lean to rich back in forth constantly. So I should try 1130 at 14v or 12v and 14v? I redid the global at (450/1136)-1=-60.38(-60.5).
