So from what I have been reading FIC 850's are rated for 850 @ 43.5 psi and 776 @ 37.5 psi.
Since I have a 1g should I calculate my global setting for 776 and set my fpr at 37.5psi or 850 and set fpr to 43.5psi?
Does it make a difference either way?

I am trying to match afratioest to wideband gauge.

Thanks,
Rich

If you tuning with ECMLink, it ask for injector size, and for base fuel pressure. Once you select what you need, the software will do the rest! As far as any other tuning software, I'm not too sure!

I know that feature. But if I put in 850 and 37.5 the deadtime will be wrong because FIC rates there injectors at 43psi. I am just making sure I am doing this right.

But how can you input 850 for both fpr pressures if the injectors have different ratings at 37psi vs. 43 psi?

So are you suggesting try 776 @ 37.5 psi for the calculator?

Maybe this log would help. I am trying to get my afratioest to match my wideband. I figured I need to richen my global to bring these closer. Is that how to do it?

Ecmlink compensates from your base fuel pressure. So when u set it to 37psi and and have the cc at 850 you can see the global change when you adjust the base fuel pressure to a 2g psi. That's ecmlink compensating for you. I use the maf comp tab to match my afrest to my wideband. Also not all injectors are rated the same. Some are rated at 43.5psi but only at 80% idc some are rated at 100 idcs soo it varies. You wont really have your injector settings perfect. Maf compensation takes care of the rest.

Ok thanks for clarifying that.
So if i set my global and just play with dead time, how do I line up my afr's? Maf sliders?

For example I check out others peoples logs and for PTE 880's he has his injectors at 817 in the calculator. That's my whole reasoning to question whether I should input 850 or something lower.
