Im building a 6 bolt for my 2g and I got my hands on a FF 6oil bolt oil filter housing. The problem im having is where the ports (where the lines go for a oil cooler) are not threaded. Has anyone ran in to this?

I havent ran into that. But if you have ports that you want to use and they are not threaded...thread them :p

its alluminum so it will be easy to tap.

There are not really any good spots to Drill and tap for the Oil Cooler. Especially not using the OEM Lines. I was attempting this on my 1G... It's a shame that the 90 ONLY is the only OFH that has previsions for a Air-Oil Oil Cooler.

You don't need cooler for it that ofh is meant to be air cooled and will work just fine daily driving.

those two holes you think are ports are not ports they are for the bolts that mount it to the block that's why they are not threaded
