OK, so I have finally got my motor in my new shell but still need help finishing it. When pulling the motor I kinda beat up the charcoal canister so I just decided I won't reinstall it. Now I have a Cyclone manifold. From every "Emissions Delete" I have read it shows having 4 hard pipes coming from on top of the Throttle Body. Mine only has 2? Also I have 2 hard pipes on the side that I believe went to the charcoal canister setup. Do I just plug these? Right now they are looped together ( the 2 on the side) Also to add I have an idle surge. I am not 100% sure as of what is causing it. Any help is greatly appreciated! I would like to get it to run nice before I put it on the road.

Ignore what I am holding, you can see the 2 red lines on top of the TB and the 2 on the side

You can plug them or leave them looped, try adjusting the biss screw, see if that helps with the surge. It coud also be vaccum leaks.

You have a 90 TB which is why you don't have all 4 vacuum lines on top. The 91-94 have the 4 on top. Also there's a FAQ on diagnosising idle surge on here. It should really help. :thumb:
