Fan wont turn off

Ok, I got the 14' slim fan and i wired it like this, blue+blue to red wire on the fan and blk+blk to black wire on the fan. Now the fan turn on but when i turn the car off the fans starts to spin faster and wont turn off till i disconnect the plug, please tell me what i did wrong with the wiring.

Do you still have the thermostat switch that was on the original fan? OR did you remove it and run the wires directly to the plug?

I thought the thermostat switch was for the a/c fan, I'm only trying running the main fan witch is on the passenger side right?

There is a sending unit in the bottom of the radiator that goes to the switch and the switch turns the fan off and on. The ecu doesn't control the fan on a 1g car so with no switch it's getting constant power.

Well with the switch being connected it won’t turn on and without it it does turn on but won’t turn off.

Should i maybe let it get warm and see if it turns on or not? cause it doesnt turn on when its cold.

If everything is hooked up correctly it won't turn on until 196 degrees.
