To 808DSM thats hot I like them alot! Would it be possible tho? And those fogs, how did you get them yellow? Spray? Film? Just wondering I want mine yellow.. LMK Thanks

i figured i try and attack this with my photoshop skills. I know headlight covers might be a little ricey compared to eyelids but, you get the idea.

Dunno about his fogs but the headlights, they would definitely be possible. Either as a cover or painted as long as you are good with taping off the round parts and being very careful about it. Or just make a template for it and use that on both sides so they are the exact same:thumb:.

getting close to re-doing mine, I'm having a slight moisture problem in my left light, i'll be taking it back apart and reassembeling it then the eyelids will be redone.

^^^ :hmm:

well i'm taking my lights back to the shop today to start remodifing my design. I'll try to take photos.

I thought I would chime in here and tell you about a dude that used to drive around my house... What he did for his eyelids which to me was really original was since our hood sits over the headlight, he extended it into the shape of the eyelid he wanted. So technically when the hood was open and the eyelid was just a extension of the hood it would expose a standard headlight. But with the hood down it looked very very clean and aggressive. Almost didn't even look like a mod. Have you guys ever seen anything like this?

your right it does look good if done correct, back in my honda days this was a big thing to do. it's just not worth the payoff to me for the xtensive worrk that needs to be done, although when i start my hood airflow testing, i may incorporate your idea then as well as the painted eyelid so that it'll have layers similar to my cowl vent look.

Nice, I look forward to checking it out. By the way, cowel looks super clean, nice to see small touches like that, really gives character to the car. Curious to see all the parts in place under the hood as well, I keep checking back for pictures.

redone i like the more aggressive look. it covers my brights alot more, thats ok for me and my setup, I am tempted to wire the brights and dims together so they'll both come on when i turn the lights on, so it'll make up for the coverage, it's def not going to blind anyone.
let me here good and bad critisism for these...

Here are a couple of my civic I did, then a prime example of what not to due to your stock talon lights, I was trying to just "tint" the corner of the lights and it turned out terrible.

Wow. I keep forgetting about this thread. I need to grab my pappys camera to get a good pic with the lights on for mine.
And I'm thinking about changing mine but not sure what to do. It's hard to get an aggressive look without covering the hi's.

Alright guys, I finally got pics of my eye lidset up and a lower lid idea I was trying out but didn't like it the first time. All of these have the lower lid on them but you can tell what the real one is to the quick lower try out.
