I was checking but still haven't found the proper routing or how to..
Picked up headers, td04e , 38mm external waste gate ..and fmic
My question is how do i hook up/ route the 38mm waste gate and td04e turbo
pick 1-3 waste gate 4-5 turbo (my woman holding the turbo LOL no my pj's ) pic 6 the headers

bought this with a ton of other parts...The fmic may be ebay ..the headers aren't they are nice and thick good welds , waste gate not sure checked ebay couldn't find one ..the jpipe with coupler is just something he had left ...Turbo not sure brand new with the box , Pulled it apart to make sure there was no scrap metal in there

Anyway both those links don't help none ,...Want some pics and how everything needs to go with gaskets etc...This will be my 1st time hooking up an after market turbo and external waste gate , and fmic piping

I will say this (nicely) before you hear it many other times (not so nicely) from other members here. Please do not put that E-bay turbo or E-bay wastegate on your car. They will cause you nothing but heartache and problems once you put them on. With that being said, I will also answer your question as well.

You will be running your wastegate off of the manifold, so the flange directly opposite the big bulb-looking thing is what will mate to the manifold. Be sure you have the gasket in there and anti-sieze the crap out of those bolts. If you have a MBC, then you will use the lower (on the side) nipple on the wastegate to regulate your boost. You can find the correct diagram for hooking it up on the forum, it's been covered many times before. The turbo is self-explanatory; bolt it up to the manifold and poof, turbo setup complete. The only problem is that you might have a heck of a time finding an o2 housing for it (as it does not look like the stock one would bolt up).

If the FMIC kit is actually made for the car, then the piping should be easy. Look up the SSAC, VRSF, or Punishment Racing/CX Racing FMIC kits here on the forum. If it is an E-bay kit, then chances are it is one of these. There are 98769385663597 threads on how to install these kits and it shouldn't be a problem. If not, then find yourself a good welder (who can do aluminum) and start measuring the piping and mark it where it needs to be cut. Hope this helps...good luck.

EDIT: Update your mod list too....kthx

Hoses will go from the wastegate to the boost controller then to the comp cover on the turbo. The top port can be left open. Just to some searching and it will all come together.
