nahh you shouldent be lossing power unless theres a bad leak looks fine to me.... i would stay with the one you have but if you like the other one then thas you my dude
 
flow and back pressure can make a difference between different mufflers. Unless you have all the spec couldn't really answer that question. Also, unless you are looking at making that extra .05hp @ 7200rpm...I dont' think it would make alot of difference performance wise. Get the one you will be happiest with is what I would do

that stuff is mostly going to be due to the size of the muffler
 
On an N/T I'd just get one that sounds good. I have a farely large, chambered muffler, similiar to a flowmaster for a V8, but it sounds very clean, low, deep.....No hint of fart-can, weed eater sound at all. I noticed no power difference, it just sounds great. I also kept the resonator on.

Edit: ^This^ is on my N/T, not on my TSi.
