boost frenzy said I should quit thread jacking so here we are does anybody have a educated answer will this hurt or help a N/A motor having the short exhaust right out the fender can't seem to get pics up for some reason but you can find the pic under( my new stock/stealth looking muffler) about 9 th post down

If it's too big yes you will kill your low end power. A reasonable size exhaust will promote scavaging(spelling) which is a very important thing with NA cars.

+1 that an exhaust too large will hurt low end power. Also pipe length too short can reduce the effect of scavenging, which n/a's depend on for low end power. The OP in the thread you posted can get away with short, 3" piping because the impeller on the turbo practically wipes out scavenging.

However, with proper exhaust sizing for your n/a it shouldn't hurt anything. Pending whether the pipe length is sufficient for scavenging, it will save your low end, and the larger than stock pipe sizing/less restriction should increase high end power. Not to mention that the exhaust looks pretty freakin' sweet.
