yes it will help your performance. get 2.25 or 2.5 inch piping. i got 2.5 inch. i got mine custom done at a muffler shop too.

yea, I just told my muffler guy that i wanted 2.5 inch piping from the cat back. The guy at meineke told me he couldnt fit more that 2.25, but i knew another guy that could do it no problem.

and how much would custom 2.25 inch piping or 2.5 inch piping cost at a muffler shop?

I know my guy, so i got it done for 60 but it would be more than that if you went to someone you didnt know personally, I think it would be around 150$ but im not sure.

ya, im trying to think. i remember on my reciept the muffler was $100. so the rest, piping and labor, was about $225. im sure labor will be a little less for you since your not having him mount a muffler

i run 3 inch with a high flow cat and n1 and it isnt rice sounding at all sounds real good and its all custom from a muffler shop!
