Hi guys, i have a 97 GST AUTO i have an Apexi downpipe and apexi exhaust on it, i need to put a catlytic conver on it i do not know what or where to find the catlytic converter that will fit on the exhaust i need to pass emissions.

Is there a test pipe bolted in? If there is, you should be able to find a cat with flanges on each side to replace it with.

If not, figure out what size your exhaust is and buy a cat (that has to be welded in) and take it to an exhaust shop to be installed.

Any decent exhaust shop should be able to weld a high-flow cat (which is the kind you'll want) to your exhaust without much trouble. I remember thinking I would need to get the diameter right and use a pinch fitting on mine. The mechanic just laughed and put on his welding hood.

Keep in mind that cats aren't cheap, and I would highly recommend against a used one (most shops won't even put a used cat on a car). If you are looking to swap a test pipe in after you pass emissions (which I'm assuming based on your enthusiasm), then you can have an exhaust shop weld a few flanges onto your exhaust and use a high flow cat and pinch fittings.
