exhaust manifold and o2 dump

I was wondering if the DN Performance stainless steel exhaust manifold was a wise choice. I originally got the SBR manifold but they sent me one for an external wastegate mount. I also purchased the SBR O2 housing with dump to atmosphere. Would these two upgrades be good with an evo III big 16g upgrade (internally gated)...... or if there are any other suggestions please let me know... thanks.

keep the o2 housing and add a really good ported 2g manifold and your in business. plenty of write-ups on how to port. i'm doing mine right now and i have an evo3

I would just keep the SBR set up for an external and just bolt a cap on the wastegate runner for now. If you ever decide to run an external you will already be set up on the manifold side.

ok soo if I keep the external wastegate manifold what o2 housing to I get, I wouldn't be able to run the one with the Dump to Atmosphere... right

Even if you keep the manifold you have, you can still run an O2 housing designed to dump an internally wastegated turbo.

When you cap the open flange on the manifold where an external gate would mount, you essentially have a stock style manifold. Then you can run any O2 housing you want designed to work with the internally gated E316G.

It should come capped off so that you could run an external wastegate or not. That is why this piece is so freakin sweet. It kills two birds with one stone. If you ordered it ported then when you get your pieces, your good to go for installation. If not, then I would strongly suggest porting out the turbine housing and the manifold. You will eliminate most of the chance getting boost creep if you do.
