I have the RVR manifold and I need to know how to run the vacuum lines for my stuff.

There are 4 total and I Need 1 each for the following:

BOV 5
AFPR 3
Boost gauge 2
Meth kit 4
brake booster 1

I don't need the PCV valve because of a catch can setup so can I just that port like any other for vacuum (BOV) or no?

Then comes the question with the speed density. I can tap my Tb pipe for the IAT sensor but what about the Map sensor??

Here is a picture with everything I need except the Map sensor.

Pretty much yea on everything except for the IAT and meth, all though you could do them that way if you really wanted to. Generally the IAT you don't want attached to the engine itself because it could become heat soaked and read hot when sitting at idle or right off the bat after it had been running (like when you get beck in the car after running into the convenience store). A better spot is up further in the I.C. tubing. The meth should go in the T.B. elbow, that way you know all 4 intake runners have a better chance of getting an even distribution of meth. Where you have it in that diagram you have it either spraying straight into the manifold and soaking down the first two cylinders (technicly #3 and 4) or if you put a 90deg spray nozzle on it it will be spraying away from #4 and it wont get any...

I don't have the IAT listed(that would go in the TB elbow) and the Meth thing I have is a vacuum thing so it knows what the psi is so it knows when to activate. The actual spray will be on the elbow as well.

For the BOV can I use the PCV nipple or no?

Yes you can use the pvc nipple. Also, if you need additional vacuum lines, either tap the back of the manifold and add an extra fitting or two, or simply T into something, or run a vacuum block.

Heres how I ran the MAP sensor for my SD setup on the RVR IM I had.

If you end up using the PVC port for the BOV (good luck btw since its HUGE compared to the BOV vacuum port) then this is how I recommend installing your MAP sensor.

I don't agree with tapping into the brake booster vacuum line, even before the CV. If, for whatever reason, that hose cracks or splits your still screwed.

I am trying to keep the engine bay clutter free and hide the wires. This is what I came up with. Notice the red nipples are what is there now and the purple are the ones I will be tapping (2).

What do you think?

I agree with not tapping into the brake booster vac line, it something were to go wrong, that last place I would want a vacuum leak is on the brakes...just my .02
