I v done my engine overhaul 3k KM ago and just put SAFC for tuning. I'm wondering what is safe boost margin for 450cc w/ my boost. Some were saying 1bar is sufficient enough however I'm open for any suggestion oh yea, I use 93 primium octane here(Octane rating 99 here for S.Korea). One other thing is I have datalogger and it used to work -_- but now it doesn't work. It doesn't read or anything which part should i look into first? I don't see wiring diagram for OBD I connector in Service manual-_- I'd appriciate any help. Thanks for your support.

As you probably already know, 1 bar is approximately 14.7psi. I wouldn't go over 10psi until the fuel system (aka the injectors and fuel pump) are appropriately upgraded. As it has already been said before in other threads, one can easily max out 550cc injectors on the Evo III 16G. You do not want to have your injectors to be running at 90% or higher because this will cause all sorts of problems (such as having the injectors not fully shut).

You should simply save up for some 660cc injectors while you are still running with the S-AFC. The S-AFC will be able to handle these injectors, and you won't be maxing out the duty cycle of the injectors. When pushing this turbo to the max, some people have seen max duty cycles of 80% with the 660cc injectors.

I would suggest doing injectors and a 2g mass at the same time, but if this is not reasonable for you, I agree with DSMunknown.
