ECUflash Evo3 Big 16G and 560cc injector tuning

Ok I am going to be start tuning my ecu with tactrix/ecuflash and need some direction. I am hoping someone out there has done the same thing as me. I am running a Big 16G, FMIC, and Evo8 560cc injectors. In ecuflash, what changes did you make to make the machine run smooth? From my understanding, I will need to change the fuel map and airflow. Is there anything else I need to do.

I am running a stock 6 bolt bottom end with a 2G Head
If you need anything else, my mod list is correct in my profile.
