hey guys , i found some ansers to thi , but i wanted to ask something specific please...
anyways so i bought a evo1 turbo 2 days ago ... and some dude said he will install it for me but hes known for tricking people ( hes only choice i got ) ... so anyways i firgued a way out for him not to trick me
anyways he said we wont be needing a new oil line
so my question is here ... is there any way a dsm 2g fwd have an evo1 installed on it without getting new oil line for it???? thnx

Yes and no. You could although I never have cut the 2g line then flare the end and use a compression fitting say for a brake line then run it to the other fitting. But you'd still need the correct feed line fitting for the turbo.
I would seriously avoid the scammer and read up and just do it yourself, it's very easy to install on a 2g.

A turbo swap is fairly easy. It's mainly common sense (with the correct fittings/lines) 3 banjo bolts, oil return bolts x2 and some exhaust bolts. Is the issue you just don't have space? Why is this random guy going to try and do it for you?

thanks, as u guys can see there is bolt blocking the hole for flapper shaft is blocked, i got some details about it and i guess old owner wanted to run it external waste gate ... and its expensive build... so shld i just remove this bolt and use my garret stock flapper etc?

Looks like the internal wastegate is missing completely. Do u still have your old turbo? Maybe mock it up so u don't have to go external or post a WTB ad and see if someone has a 16g waste gate.

You can do this install you self. There really is not much to it. I would run away from someone who's known to trick ppl. Don't throw your money away.

hey bro ,im thinkin of changing my garret t25 turbine housing with the evo1 ... is it possible? or they got difrent turbine housing sizes?

The t25 housing won't work on the 16g. It looks like that housing was permanently modified for external wastegate. Take a picture looking into the turbine housing so we can see the other side of the wastegate flapper. It's either welded shut, or gone.

Either way I'd put your stock turbo back on. If you want to run that turbo you'll need to either get an unmodified housing and wastegate, or configure your manifold/o2 housing for an external gate.

@aleelloo. Did u check what our wiseman suggested?
well , im going to TRY and replace my old turbos wastegate and flapper with my evo1 , il try to run the evo1 internally .... if it doesnt work , il try swapping both turbine housings , if that doesnt also work , im going to have to rebuild my garret old turbo or find a new good one and cancle the evo1 project :(
hate living in a land of no parts....
just keep up with me incase i have questins to ask while doing this all , please
