hey guys, my stock turbo was blown out , so i live in dubai and its rlly hard to find parts unless i order and its reallly expensive ... anyways so i found a used evo1 turbo and planned that im going to use it, i dont have much experience so im going to let my friend handle installation... anyways the evo1 turbo i bought has something odd in it , my friend told me the flapper has been blocked with some what a huge rounded thing and its hard to remove... so i need your help guiding me what to do , should i remove the thing ? and why was the thing blocked from first place... please help out as im planing on instalation soon but neither me or my friend know what to do about the flapper being blocked... thank u for ur help
