Evo 9 clutch

So I replaced my clutch in my evo 9 installed an act lightened flywheel, hd pressure plate and a street disc. Install was straight forward everything seemed to go fine. Went to drive the car it felt different a little harder to get into gear. So I went through the clutch adjustment procedure and it seemed to help. And I installed oem oil. If I’m coming to rolling stop it’s fine it’s only after a dead stop or coming from neutral. I put all 4 wheels off the ground to check for dragging. Put it in 1st pressed in clutch pedal and reved it to limiter and it’s not dragging . What I found is if I press the clutch pedal in for about 3-4 seconds before I put it in gear it slides right in. Haven’t had a chance to bleed slave yet but dont see how air would have gotten in. Any input would be great thanks

Maybe it's time to replace/rebuild the cylinder(s). When replace the clutch with a higher pressure one (or new one), sometimes it finishes off the old worn cylinder(s).

I thought about that car has 80k and it’s the 1st heavier pressure plate.
