evo 8 valvetrain

i wana know where i can find evo 8/9 valvetrain parts ;retainers,spring,exhaust valves and rockers

please dont hit me with the "just get bc or aftermarket valvetrain parts" iam looking budget upgrades

ive read the benifits of a evo8 valvetrain...;
"Rockers - stamped and lighter than our cast ones.
Intake valves - same part number as ours.
Exhaust valves - sodium filled stems, helps dissipate heat and reduce weight.
Springs/Retainers - behive spring design with aluminum retainers (lighter)"

with all these components installed in my 1g head how much would this benefit me as far as spool, rev, etc over stock 1g valvetrain?
