Anyone know if the evo 8 cams are forged or hardened? And what are the specs on a factory 2g cams? 272 both exhaust and intake? Help me out.

Oh that's right, I had a amnesiac moment there! \'-'/ Thanks for catching me! I was about to trade this dude a car for some cash and parts. What about the turbo "Big 16g" and exhaust system? Will that bolt on to a 2g gsx automatic? If I remember correctly I was reading in a post about how you have to crush the water pipe or something; yea?

Evo 8 and 9 16gs are different as well. Its mostly internal stuff to the engine that is compatible across to other 7-bolts

Nope, the turbo inlet faces the other way as well. Check it out.
Here is my GSX motor(yes I'm aware the bov isn't recirculated the previous owner did it, it is now fixed)

So, on the turbo it is just the compressor housing that is not pointing right?
I am sorry if I sound dumb ><
