Its a metric fitting. You will need an adapter. Or you could go with AN fittings, mach V sells the adapter for that

If you're going with 8AN lines (pushlock, SS, doesn't matter), which you should as stock is a waste of time, you will need to get mm16x1.5 to (your choice size) AN. I went with 8AN as its bigger than stock. If you can pick up a stock cooler for cheap, they are a good route to go, and also use the mm16x1.5 to (your choice size)AN. I am glad i went with pushlock, i would suggest it to anyone.:thumb:

Good thing one of these came up.

You will need a 16x1.5mm to a -8AN fitting. Get some fittings, lines, and an oil cooler and you are pretty much set hardware wise. Other then that it's just an oil filter housing gasket and bolts.

You will also have to open up and tap a hole on the bottom of it for the oil pressure dummy light. And depending on how you are feeding your turbo oil, the red arrow in my attached picture will need to be pulled and then used as an oil supply hole. It's either that one or the one just above it.

I just got one of these through a trade, and have a question. From my reading, we will also need 2 shorter oil filter housing bolts. Does anyone know the size and length of said bolts?

It's a 1/8th BSP thread I believe. Going to be hard to find one of those taps locally though. You'll probably need to order it online if a local shop that you use doesn't have one.

The sensor can be mounted by the red arrow. I found out that the other fitting above it has clean oil going through it so that is where you should mount your turbo oil supply line. And if you don't already have one, I recommend one of these Jays Racing Oil Pressure Sender Kits to mount the sensor remotely so it doesn't get messed up from engine vibration. It'll come with both fittings for a straight 1/8th fitting or a 3/8th fitting (like that of which the gold looking plugs are).

Evo 3 OFH housing bolts (all with lockwashers assembled):
(1) 8x1.25x55 - MF241264
(1) 8x1.25x75 - MF241268
(2) 8x1.25x40 - MF241261

2g OFH housing bolts (all with lockwashers assembled):
(1) 8x1.25x40 - MF241261
(1) 8x1.25x75 - MF241268
(2) 8x1.25x65 - MF241266

So that upper plug should be used for the oil supply line?

Yes. After looking it over, that is where clean oil flows through. The other one can be used for a sensor if you'd like.

I am taking a wild guess at this, but the new bolts will go in depending on height of the OFH correct? The "top" two have the same depth, and and bottom two one needs to be deeper then the other. So they go in their corresponding holes depending on depth and length of the bolt no?

Yea, looks like one would use a longer bolt.
What is the thread size on the stock oil pressure dummy light?

Just a quick question for you guys that have either a 90 or a Evo OFH. I just got in my fittings and washers from MachV to go to a -8AN line. I got 4 of the OEM crush washers with the rubber ring, do I install just 1 or 2 per fitting? Because their site says you need 2 packs (total 8) if you are going to use banjo bolts. So my thinking is 2 per fitting right?
