I just got a evo 3 oil filter housing to run a air oil cooler. I just did a bs removal to. Since the evo ofh has a oil pressure relief do I still need to port the housing?

Depends on your turbo. Garrett recommends low pressure for their ball bearing center cartridges. You likely will still be running higher than normal pressure with the BS removal.

Id think you are ok though. Just make sure to oil your turbo from the head or make sure your feed line has a restrictor. The rest of the motor should be fine.
