Just to assure myself that I have everything before ordering parts today. To install this part correctly on a DSM, I need:

-1 extra short bolt from the housing to replace the long bolt that no longer fits this housing (anyone have a part number handy?) Should I reuse the factory 7bolt cooler bolts?

-Tap hole for the oil pressure sensor (1/8-28 BSP)

-5ft -8an Hose line

-3 straight -8an fittings, 2 for the filter housing, and one for the bottom of the cooler

-1 90* -8an fitting, for the top side of the cooler

-2 16x1.5 metric to -8an adaptors to go into the filter housing for the lines to connect to. (Are these ABSOLUTELY the correct fittings, I need to be 100% sure)

Please correct me if I am wrong on ANY of this. I need to order this stuff today preferrably so I have been researching the hell out of it for the past half of a day.

Other things that I apparently need to note:

-The oil cooler should be mounted so that the return port is on the top to help remove any air.

-The oil feed line for the turbo is on the top side of the filter housing (is it different in thread than the factory 7bolt housing, becuase if so I need to order new fittings to convert my oil feed line?)

-Do I need any gaskets to install this cooler onto the car as well?

-There is already a built in thermostatic bypass valve built into the oil system so no addition thermostat is needed for a setup such as this.

I believe thats about it. If you have any information that can help me out I would appreciate it. Essentially it is Friday, and Id like to order everything and anything that is needed to install this piece today so that it will arrive in a timely manner. I have tried doing all of my research and have compiled what I feel is important as you can see, but before I go ordering stuff on a whim, I would like to see if some of you guys can't verify this stuff for me. Thanks for any input you can give.

I'm sure you have already installed this on your car. I am actually asking the same questions so can you please post the answers?
The questions I'm interested in finding answers to are
1) what is the size of the bolt to replace. If you have a part number that would be great.
2)Which of the 2 cooler ports is the RETURN port.
3)When you tapped the hole for the oil pressure sensor, what size hole did you put in the housing
4) What fitting did you remove to feed the turbo. Theres 2 fittings. One next to the oil dummy light sensor and one below where the oil temp thermostat is.
Thanks
I bought the evo 7 bolt filter housing and this is going on a 98 Talon AWD
