Ok, I haven' t found an answer to my question through searching.
Would it be possible to remove the evap solenoids if I turn off the CEL using ecuflash.
I live in Ohio were emissions are not and issue at all. I have already done the evap/emissions delete and I would like to clean up my engine bay a bit more.

I used ecuflash to disable all the codes for emmisions on my car some time ago. Including the evap. I had the EVAP solenoid unhooked for a while and never got a CEL. However about a year ago I reconnected my solenoid for the smog visual inspection in CA.

The ECUflash periphery that Ceddy defined has been spot on and I have checked most all of the codes. It flat works. If you turn the CEL code off in the ECUflash periphery no matter what you do with the hardware that CEL code will not come up ever again.
