Evap solenoid ticking

Ticks under 3000rpm. I shut it off with dsmlink and it still ticks/knocks.

If you shut it off, why would it still be ticking???? It's off. Are you 100% posotive it's that?

It is the only thing in the engine bay that i can actually touch and feel the knocking.
Even turned off it ticks. I get 5-7 counts of knock between 2500-300 rpm only a few psi boost. I thought this may be causing it. Im not so sure now, but it is strange.
What causes this thing to tick?

Try restarting the ECU.
