Wasn't sure where to post this, no subforums seemed appropriate.

But anyway, does anyone know the location of the evap purge solenoid on a '97 Sebring? Or if it even fits? I saw it on the junkyard parts interchange. And they have one and say it fits.

I tried doing some looking but couldn't narrow down the info for a 97 Sebring. Is there no way you can get a part specifically for your car?

Also, what submodel of Sebring was it, and is it also a 420a powerplant?

There is an Eclipse at the junkyard about once every 2 years around here. And to buy a new one costs over $200.

The screenshot attached are the ones I'm looking at. And they have a 2.5 which tells me that the evap isn't the same.

Once this car becomes a track car I'm gonna delete the whole evap system anyway, I just want to have the full functioning system so that I can have luck selling it and also I might be able to cut off that check engine light (I doubt it).
