Hey guys, srry for bringin this bac from the dead LOL but need advice on a vaccum line toward the throttle. Its coming from the EVAP purge solenoid and rite now its just laying around near my throttle! I already have my wasteguate and bov vacuum lines running to the throttle. Is there a way to connect my EVAP line, in order to clear my CEL LOL. Got my inspection coming up so yeah, good times! I already know Im goin to block it off, but not till I pass the some good old NC emissions hahaha.

This might sound stupid but is there a way to keep everything on and not a have a CEL??? Im just not too familiar with this crappy EVAP system!

thanxs

If you don't have cruise control, there will be one port blocked off on the 3-way splitter thing on the back of the intake manifold. You can connect it there. Or, if you have cruise control, you can buy a Y adapter and use that to connect to any port off the intake manifold.

This sounds reasonable, but why not connect your EVAP vacuum line to the throttle body (where it's supposed to be) and connect your wastegate/BOV vacuum lines to the three-way port on the back of the intake manifold (rhetorical question)?

kk sounds good but if I go the way VelocitàPaola said, which port should I use ### I believe they are all taken, rite??? Or should I say which port should use a Y adapter with the EVAP line???

Use a "Y" or "T" adapter... which line you tap doesn't matter.
