so you should be getting 50% more with them and actualy you should lean down 50 to get stock injected fuel amounts![]()

i wander how good idling is with 660cc injectors and can anyone tell me good and bad things about Sieman Deka and RC injectors
I have Fuel Injector Clinic 750cc ball/disc injectors. They idle better than my RC 550cc injectors did. Never tried the Sieman Deka injectors.Originally posted by nigma

Very possible you have an injector leaking into the intake manifold, causing a rich condition on start-up..Originally posted by tqlla
22-24Psi? Damn! That sounds like a lot of PSI. The car idles okay with the 660s. But the car sucks when it starts up, idles like Poop for the first minute.
Check you O2 sensor to make sure it is working correctly, may be fouled. Or your S-AFC could be adjusted too lean for that rpm range. Could also be the cause of the problem in your first question above.I did do the blue wire mod, but the SAFC kept reading .15-.25V? So i just took it off
Clean both surfaces really well, place a small amount of sealer on both surfaces and install a new gasket. Tighten to specs. So my next question is how the hell do I keep the oil return line frmo leaking at the oil pan. I have a gasket and its pretty snug.
I don't know which GReddy fmic that he has big or small, but I do know that larryd put down 383whp on a L2R with his big GReddy fmic. So I don't think the fmic has anything to do with his performance #'s. The only thing that's not to good about the GReddy fmic is the longer piping which routes back to the stock location, other than that it's a good core. I think he just needs to turn up the boost a little more along with some more tuning. With him JUST going from 16 to 18 psi he gained a whopping 32hp. That's a hellava lot for just 2psi. Your numbers look for a ETE32, but at 18 psi they look to be about right.
One other thing about your setup is the Greddy FMIC. Those things have been know to not flow very well on the bigger turbos. That might be a small part of the lower numbers.
If your air/fuel gauge is responding real slow is one way to tell and if yor getting bad gas mileage is another indication but with 50000 miles you might as well replace it. I replaced mine when I did my turbo swap since I was already down there I figured why the hell not. I believe Larry was running something like 28psi at the time when he ran his car on the dyno at 383whp with the L2R. If I'm not mistaken he mentioned that there was still plenty of room for improvement.Originally posted by tqlla
How can I check if the O2 is working okay? The one in the exhaust is brand new. The one on the O2 housing has 50K miles on it. Can I just pull it and look at it?
About the Greddy FMIC, I dont understand why there is that smaller pipe that goes into the Core. There is plenty of room for a 2.5 inch pipe.
What boost was larryd running at when he put down 383. That sounds awesome.

To tell you the truth I have never tried that while the egine is running, so I'm not sure. Maybe someone else could give you some input.Originally posted by tqlla
Sorry for all the newb questions, but I pulled the oil stick on my car while it was running, and I get this suction noise. And the dipstick comes out pretty Dry? Is this normal? While the car is off, the oil reads full.
On my NA 3000GT, if I do that, there is too much oil on the stick, which is what its supposed to do... I thought.

Hi all, I have a 1999 Mitsu GSX. I just went to the dyno today. After tuning the car, here are my Fuel Settings.

My first question, why are the settings sooo low. I spoke with Mike and he says it still runs rich? I dont understand.
Here are my dyno results.

@18psi 266.0HP 257.4TQ
Should I be dissappointed? Maybe I am just used to seeing numbers from Vr-4s(330 on stock Turbos) and NA-T 3000GTs(250 with low boost on 9Bs). Cause I am a little dissappointed.
