esi turbo oil lines

Hey guys,

I am currently gathering all of the parts to turbo my 95 talon esi. I think I have all of the parts except for the oil lines. Ive found plenty on ebay, my main concern is exactly where i should be connecting them to my motor. From what ive read i can connect the return line to the oil pan, but im still not to sure where to connect the feed line to. If any one can help I would greatly appreciate it.

And if anyone has some other pointers that me be helpful in my first turbo project i would appreciate them as well.

ive been talking to a few people and they are telling me that i hook up the oil feed and return line to the oil pan.

is this true?

or does the oil feed need to be hooked up to a line that the oil pump is connected to..

so basically will the turbo suck up the oil on its own, or does it need to be pumped througn.

The oil pressure sender on the back of the head needs to be removed, add a tee, reinstall the sender into the tee, and use the other side of the tee for the oil feed for your turbo. The oil return will dump into your oil-pan. You can weld a fitting into the pan, or install a bulkhead fitting.
