ECUflash erratic timing, keeps jumping to 5* defying ignition timing map

Wondering what could cause my timing advance to keep jumping to 5*.
I just switched to SD
FIC 1220, HY35, hks 264/272, egr delete, old tps but works fine as far as can tell in the logs.
lb/min is also way off but I'm unsure if that would throw off the timing advance.
