How would i tell the difference between the eprom and non eprom ecu in my 95 gst? It is the stock ecu

Get the ECU out. Look for an "E" at the end of the number string. If there is an E then the case is from an EPROM ECU. Next is to open the case and loom for the chip in the bottom right corner I diction if it's EPROM or not.

Alright, im pretty sure mines not an eprom. So when looking to buy one does it have to be for my year of car (95) and for a FWD not an AWD? Or can it be an AWD eprom and still work?

It must be a '95 (as that's the only year 2g's came with them), but FWD/AWD doesn't matter.
