engine stalls around 2500 rpm

My 97 gst sputters at about 2000/2500 rpm after it runs fine the car also reacts very slow.when first started it will only do about 45 mile an hour after running about a mile it will start running better.The maf sensor is new and I'm running premium gas i haven't done the spark plugs also there was oil in the inter cooler what do yall think this is?

i would deff do spark plugs i had a similar problem but it was how they were gapped i had to gap them a lil smaller then normal also check to see if coil packs are bad or have a crack in them

Check fuel pressure and volume. Clogged fuel filters and bad fuel pumps cause load related drive-ability problems.
