I recently finished building my engine and went to fire it up and it started right away but the ecu clicked off (like it does after the car shuts off). Every time now it does the same thing fires fine idles at about 2000 for under 5 seconds ecu shuts off and the engine stops. I'm befuddled modifications are listed in profile. Thanks - Zach

Check the CAPS in your ecu, they may be leaking and might have destroyed your ecu.

Mine did the same thing after a rebuild. Does it "cough" and die like sputter out or just shut off right at 2000 rpm? Are you 100% sure your timing is right? Also you might try pulling codes in case you missed a sensor plug or something like that.

I got it to finally start but only with the MAS unplugged when i plug it in it stumbles and dies and throws CEL barometric pressure, and air temp sensor. Where should i look if it runs without the mas plugged in? SAFC reads karman for a little before it dies when its plugged in so it is getting a signal of some sort.
