engine issues

my 91 Talon/AWD/T-3 turbo/660 injectored/3" straight back exhaust/APEXI etc has suddenly developed a severe loss of power, lots of smoke. This is not good. As a 48-year old air force officer I do not have the knowledge to diagnose and my 2 teenage sons have provided no help, zero. Help, While root cause may be "sonstakecarracingatnightwhile dadisoffdefendingcountry" I figure "head gasket, valves, rings etc is in there somewhere ) advise please

Where is the smoke coming from and what color is the smoke? Is it leaking any coolant or oil?

Vague question = vague diagnosis
