Engine Chugging

I noticed last week that when i would start up that the engine would chug and as the car would warm up the chug went away, I thought maybe it was a spark plug wire issue so i changed the wires and plugs and now it just chugs period. I have put the wires back on as they came off and have cleaned the Maf, CAS, etc still with no luck any help is appreciated.

How did you clean the engine?
Something could have gotten wet, coil pack, transistor pack, anything.

i should have been more clear all i cleaned was the quick disconnect plug with CRC QD Electrical Cleaner, and the MAF i used CRC MAF cleaner
