Need help identifying what may be causing this noise.Since it started I have replaced both front axles, and the entire clutch assembly

I wonder if the front cover (plastic) is touching on the timing gears, it sure sounds like it (or angry bee's).
 
Very well could be, but I have never heard one "buzz" like that.
I'd definitely take the front cover off and start looking and feeling around. I hate running them without a front cover, but in this instance, I think I would start it and FIND that noise, it's not going to get better.
