end clutches??help?

Is it my end clutches or what thats bad in my tranny? Im in drive and click the switch to go to overdrive and it goes right into neutral? I had a aftermarket shift knob on it. and moved the O.D. switch to a single pole toggle, and used ity since then, but now it dont work any longer. What do i do now?

Sounds like it could be the end clutches, yes. But it's hard to know for sure, of course, over the 'net. The good news is that an end clutch job is cheap and easy to do yourself.
