EMS Idle Map and BISS

I use the AEM EMS, which has it's own idle map. I'm trying to make the idle a little more perfect, would adjusting the BISS affect anything if the EMS is totally controlling via injectors and such?
 
It will adjust base idle only. The AEM can still adjust idle speed up or down from base idle(and it will try to correct to the idle speed you have programmed it to).
