I have my car gutted, Im about to pull the T-25 out of the engine bay, then i notice that the guy didnt send the damn 14b Oil Feed line.

Can anyone give me some pictures of a hooked up 14b and where which lines connect.

Is there ANY way to make a t25 Feed line work? I didnt bend or break any part of my Oil Feed line when i took it off, so is there any way it can be used on the 14b?

Also, where can i get just the 14b Feed line if i cant use a t25 feed line???

Need help ASAP

deer god help me help me plzzzzz

Where can i get an Oil Feed and Oil Return line from???

Also what do they mean "rotate the compresser housing?"

I have the J-Pipe and i have a 1g o2 Housing...

SHould i take the 14b off the 1g housing and put it on the 2g housing???

look at the t25 and the 14b - the charge air comes out of the t25 at the bottom, and the 14b at the top. So... you have to rotate the 14b so that the charge air comes out the bottom as well.

As for the oil feed line... I dont know... does it not fit in the 14b oil hole?

the 14b hole is larger, atleast like a 14mm hole and then the t25 feed line hole is like only 10mm.

Anyone ever do this swap know if this sounds right or a store/vendor that can sell me the Feed line and ship it rather soon.

Use the 2G O2 housing, and file the bolt holes close to the center on your 2G return line.

1G oil feed lines are cheap, but you also need the bolt that goes into the head. Your bolt doesn't have the hole to allow oil to flow out. You also need a 3/8" bolt to plug up the stock feed location from the filter housing.

If you don't want to go this route, RRE sells oil feed lines to the stock location for I believe $55.

I got one from Turbochargers.com. If you call them and tell them your plight they may work with you.

Ok- So i plug the Stuck feed from my Oil Filter, where do i connect it "from the head" on my 2g??? Anyone have a picture of it??? I didnt know i had to connect to a different location on my car. Thought it would go from the filter to the 14b turbo.

Also thanks Chris , im gonna check out turbochargers.com right now

turbochargers.com has the feed line for 45, i guess im gonna have to get that, but they cant ship it now until monday :/

Ok, so where am i supposed to connect the line to from the turbo if i plug the old hole?

You dont need to connect the oil feed line to the head. If u buy an aftermarket stainless steel line, it will go right into the oil filter housing. Mostly all DSM vendors sell them, RRE, DSMparts, buschur racing, mach v, SBR, FP............ I dont know if your going to buy one, I did because when I pulled my t-25, the oil feed line was rusty and corroded, so I spent the 60$ on a shiny, new one.

Also, if u dont already have these your are going to need a j-pipe, and some oil return tube gaskets (3$ from SATAN) and new crush washers (35 cents from Advanced, auto zone etc)..

Ok im going to buy a stainless steel oil return line because thats the easiest thing for me to do. So i just run it from the 14b back to the oil filter where i was trying to get it from in the first place right? Gotcha.

The last thing i was wondering, will the feed line have the right sizes for my filter assembly AND for the 14b hole?

Damn you cucumber you made this sound so easy!

Thanks so much AWD your helping me a TON!

So if i got crush washers and still had my t25 line, could i in theory use crush washers with the t25 feed line???

:thumbdown Ok last question.

I just remembered my friends cousin has a 14b turbo and all the lines and shit he wants to put on his accord ( :thumbdown ) Anyhow, If i could get the 1g Stock Oil Feed Line, do i still plug one end into the oil filter where my 2g line was and the other end into the 14b? And do i still need the crush nuts for the 1g line???

It is possible to use astock 1g Feed Line right?

Still need help with that ^^^^

I have the T25 all the way out and the only thing stoppin me right now is the Oil Line. Damn Thing.

You will take the T25 oil feed line off completely, and then plug up the hole on the oil filter housing with a 3/8" bolt. I used the 1G oil feed line for my swap, so yes, it is useable. It goes from the turbo to the head, and I used two new crush washers for the oil feed line, but I probably didn't need to.

Edit : here is a pic of where the bolt is that I was referring to in my first post.

There's just a bolt there. It doesn't do anything, just plugs up the head. You'll have to go take a look at your motor to see it up close.

aaaaaaaaah sweet good find!!! :thumb:

There should be a follow up of what Coup D E'Tat has posted under Cucumbers install in the tech archives so people know an alternative to the SS Braided Line....YOu know, for cheapasses like me

ANyways im gonna run down the road and steal that 1g from the Honda boy and see if i can get the 14b in tonight

Werd yall, You guys are the best :dsm: :D

UPDATE FROM HELL

This swap has gone from Painful To Ugly To Awful To Seemingly Hopeless.

There is so much i either missed or wasnt mentioned.

You have to file the holes bigger on the Oil Return Line, that parts done, I went through ALL HELL trying to get the old Oil Feed line taken off from the Oil Filter assembly, but the attachment into the Turbo came out without a problem.

The Bolts in the Exhaust Manifold were a bastard and a half. The O2 Sensor wouldnt even come out, Thats still in right now, I just got a huge pry bar and im going to retry that tomorrow.

When i took the IC Piping off the T25 a TON of oil came pooring out of the IC Pipe, WTF is with that? My T25 Had Shaft Play ffrom hell, and I can see a ton of broken fins on it too.

The turbo isnt out of the engine bay yet because of the O2 Sensor, I should have that fixed tomorrow.

What i NEED TO KNOW STILL - Is can you FOR SURE use a 14b Oil Feed Line from the Turbo to the Head like mentioned above? Or To any other location??? I havent ordered a SS Braided line because all the sites i went to have some dick policy with Credit Cards and i dont feel like dealing with that crap right now because this car is about to get burned in a "garage fire". I have a brand new 14b Oil Feed Line my friend is gonna give me, but i he said that the line is solid like the t25 line, so can it really be used with the 14b in a 2g???

Anyways, thats my last problem really is the Oil Feed line, and then once its all done and i put it in the car and it doesnt run right still, im done with this thing, its getting blown up for sure.

I told you about the filing. Look at my first post. Yes, the oil feed line into the oil filter housing is a PITA - use some PB Blaster.

The Bolts in the Exhaust Manifold were a bastard and a half. The O2 Sensor wouldnt even come out, Thats still in right now, I just got a huge pry bar and im going to retry that tomorrow.

Even though you already got the bolts out, I'll tell you anyways. Use a torch to heat them up. They come out really easy using a torch. You do not need to take the O2 sensor out of the housing. Follow the line, and you'll find a plug/connector piece.

Even so, I didn't remove either. I unbolted the turbo from the exhaust mani., the O2 housing from the downpipe, and pulled the turbo/O2 housing assembly up toward the top of the engine, and then used the torch again for the O2 housing to turbo bolts. (I also had my radiator out during this install.)

Yes, I have it on my car right now. Like I earlier said though, you need the 1G head bolt, because the bolt you have in there isn't hollow to allow oil to travel through it.

Blah, so the Oil Feed line comes from the head in a 1g? My friend said it came from the oil pan, Bleh. I just got the 1g Oil Feed line. Also, how do i rotate the compresser, in which direction??? I know to undo that one little nut , but which direction do i rotate it? Also is there a thread that says in what direction to bend the Water Lines???

Hmmm, I think thats all i need to know right now???

Coup you got AIM??
