So for some time now I have had my left blinker stay on or flash randomly when my headlights are on but it acted normal when my headlights were off. I had replaced the turn lever and the turn signal/hazard box under the dash by the radio. Those did nothing so obviously some wires are touching somewhere. Well the other day I was at a light and I start to accelerate and then my alternator started to scream. Then the radio started to cycle on and off and all my interior lights dimmed. I was thinking oh great alternator died but not a big deal. I get it to the apartment and I noticed whenever I would signal left it would kill all my gauges and radio. If I signaled right it wouldn't affect anything. Now the car won't start you can hear the pump and starter start to get moving then all my interior lights and stuff start to flicker and obviously car won't start. So I guess where should I start? Pull the front bumper off and the fender to pull the harness that runs the turn signals and fog lights or start in the car and basically rape my dash off to get to the harness that connects the interior stuff to the exterior harness. Both are going to be a very fun days work

Im going through a similar thing I suggest you trace from the switch , your headlights are on your turnsignal stalk which is also on a clockspring that is also connected to your ignition switch circuit. IF you begin to trace from the outside the turn signal and fog light are on two different controls. I would suggest tracing the turn signal first but only if you cant find any answers go through your fog light circuit. Maybe some of the main engine fuses are having shorts in the fuseblock under the hood . Are there any mods to your manifold(aftermarket no heat shield, bigger turbo etc?) that may cause undue heat in your engine bay and melt any wires.
