One of the first things I noticed was the tangle of electric wiring in behind the dashboard.
This is what came pulling out of the dashboard:

Wires connected with srew terminals, tape, wires soldered together. All sorts of colors where connected in to form a long wire, red piece to a black one, to a blue one, ...
Most of the wiring belonged to a self installed alarm system, that didn't work anyway so I started ripping it all out.
After a while only the audio cable was left, better!

Under the steering wheel I found more tinkering..

The same goes for the trunk..

and under the hood.

I ended up with a garbage bag full of wiring
