Electrial issues, need help asap.

Took the car out and she was running great then all of a sudden after a few hours I got into the car I heard a relay clicking like crazy. The headlights were flashing on/off (but not the corner lights) the relay under the dash was going nuts. And the horn relay and the headlight relay. (good thing my horn is bad) so after a few minutes it stopped. no big deal. I drive home and as soon as I open the door it does it again for a few min and stops. I open the door again and it starts going off again wtf.
I'm thinking it might be the stock security system? Anyway to disable it?
