1G ECU Wiring check

OK so here is what I'm trying to do i think I'm having ecu problems as i have replaced everything except the ecu .

I need to know what voltage and how to test all sensors on my 90 laser RS 2.0 turbo. i want to test at the sensor and at the ecu just to make sure i don't have a short some where.

Can anybody point me to the correct thread for testing each sensor and the ignition and also how to test an ecu to see if it is actually bad

Let me take a shot..My guess is your having starting problems..Please be on the money for once(me)..
I dont know how far you are away from me, But if you want..Bring over your dsm, and lets see if my ecu starts the car..

nope it starts. with the maf plugged in it loads up real bad i replaced every sensor on the engine and the coils, plugs and, wires .

with the maf unpugged it doesn't load up its not the maf because i bought and exchanged my maf 3 times for reman units

i found a post on here with the same exact problem and it ended up being ecu

E2T34474A this is the number on my ecu. Can this be switched out with any 1g Turbo 5spd dsm ecu?

Ive seena few of those bad ecu threads..So if your close, bring the dizzum over, I'll swap in my ecu..See if it starts right up..

i'm over 4 hours away one way and a kid at my college has an ecu. will a 91 or 92 ecu fit in my car

Remember your tach may not work when changing to a non 90 ecu..So dont fret..Just see if it will start the car..Then send your ecu in for it to be repaired. If the other ecu starts the car that is..

why is it that the tach won't work if i don't use a 90 ecu ?

also who should i send my ecu into to have it repaired
