Tried searching, is there a benefit to swapping from a 95 ECU to a 98 sbecIII? Not looking for power, just thinking it would have better hardware/software? Iono....

If the 95 ecu you have is not eprom and the 98 also 99 year ecu your looking at is a black box then you can flash tune with that ecu. Cheap alternative to ecmlink that works great.
