Ecu question

Along with an evo8 maf and a few other things including this ecu came with my car when I bought it but my question is Can anybody tell me what ecu this is?

Can you tell if its eprom and worth possibly using?

It looks like its eprom and its been socketed already but there is no chip in the socket.

Yea i noticed that to.. I opened it for the first time today and thats what it was

It may have had a keydiver or some kind of chip or dsmlink installed at one point but it was removed. If the ECU is good it would be ready to put in a new chip and you wouldn't have to have a socket installed.
