im sure its been covered but i havent found any info yet. how hard is it to swap a 98/99 ecu into a 1g?

Well it is not the most easy task. you gotta make a harness for the new PCM to fit with the 1g connections. you need to get an OBD2 port as well and wire that in. You're probably gonna want the 2g MAF sensor as well and possibly the knock sensor. Im in the middle of putting an Evo 8 PCM into my talon.

already got a GM maf set up to run. and the hardware to tune an H8 set up. should i start with a 2g wire harness to get the obd2 port?
